A Glasgow dog owner has shared her joy after her missing mini daschund Mia was found.
As reported on Glasgow Live last week, Alessia Marini's pup ran off in Strathclyde Country Park on Thursday evening, leaving the owner "heart broken beyond words".
However, Alessia has been in touch with Glasgow Live this morning to confirm Mia has been found.
The mini daschund's relieved owner also took to Instagram to thank everyone who had helped in the search, commenting: "Mia has been found I cannot thank you all enough!!
"I have never ever ever been so happy in my life
"We are taking her to the vet to get her checked over but she has been found safe and well."
