Glasgow dentist gutted by raiders during coronavirus lockdown

A Glasgow dental practice has been ransacked by thugs during a late night raid amid coronavirus lockdown.

Employees at Alexandra Park Dental Practice were left devastated when they turned up to work over the weekend.

Shocking pictures show the damage inflicted by raders during the attempted robbery on Friday night.

Thieves entered the property after smashing glass of the front door.

Glass was left strewn across the floor inside.

Cops say thieves did not manage to steal anything of any value.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 00.55am on Saturday, 28 March, to a report of a break-in at a business premises in Alexandra Parade, Glasgow.

“Enquiries are ongoing and anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area should contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident 0150 of 28 March.”
