Glasgow 'Dancing Da' turns back clock to raver past as he busts some moves in viral video

A Scots raver dad has shown he's still got the 90s spirit in him with some serious dance moves in a hilarious clip online .

In the video, Stuart Johnstone throws down shapes reminiscent of the heady days of The Hacienda in Manchester, leaving his captivated audience in hysterics.

All the classics are in there - the robot, some shuffling, a bit of body-popping and, of course, a spin to top it all off.

Shanny Leigh whipped out her phone to catch Stuart, who is her best pal Dylan's dad, in action while over for lunch at his Glasgow home on February 29.

The Dancing Da has since gone viral on Tiwtter, with Shanny's video racking up over 30,000 likes since it was uploaded.

The 25-year-old told the Record: "I was over for lunch and Stuart was talking about how he was an amazing dancer back in the day before saying 'bet you think I can’t dance' and launching into it.

"I’ve met him a handful of times and he’s always high energy and hilarious.

"That's how he impressed Dylans mum Michelle in the dancing back in the 80s/90s."

And it's not the first time Stuart has let loose when the music starts blaring.

Son Dylan uploaded another clip of him pulling shapes at Christmas to some old house music while Stuart's dream has been to appear on Britain's Got Talent.
