Glasgow cycling charities team up to create 'Aye Cycle' online hub

Glasgow cycling charities have joined forced to create a new online hub, 'Aye Cycle'.

The site will provide up-to-date and easy to find information on cycling across the city, while including a directory of organisations, help on getting started in cycling, maintenance tips, events, routes, and rides in and around the Glasgow.

Meanwhile a launch party will be held this Friday, June 14, between 4 and 6.30pm at the Bike For Good Glasgow South Community Hub on Victoria Road, and MSP Patrick Harvie and Councillor Anna Richardson will be in attendance to help celebrate the launch.

Shgufta Anwar, Bike For Good Community Hub leader, told Glasgow Live: “We are thrilled to be hosting the launch party for Aye Cycle at our new Community Hub location.

"The idea behind Aye Cycle was to pull together the great work of all the community cycling organisations in Glasgow, and make it easier for new and existing cyclists to find out what we all provide.

"The launch party will bring us all together to celebrate this in person.”
