A pervert snared with over 9,000 indecent images of children as young as three in his parents’ home has been jailed for 16 months.
Ex-McDonalds worker Garry Mason, 25, was caught at the property in Baillieston.
A total of 9,229 photos and video clips were found on three hard drives.
Glasgow Sheriff Court heard they were of both male and female youngsters aged between three and 16.
Mason was today sentenced after he pled guilty to possession of indecent images between July 30 2018 and February 2020.
Sheriff Alan Mackenzie said: “The children would have suffered pain and distress and I have to regard to the period of time in which the offending occurred."
Mason will also be put on the sex offenders list for 10 years.
