Glasgow creative agency appoints key specialists to its board

Glasgow creative agency MadeBrave has appointed two new board members as it seeks to grow its international presence.

Healthcare specialist Jenny Plant and former WPP team leader, Philip Lancaster have joined the board.

The duo, together with existing board members, COO Stephen Weir and CFO Mark Probert, will help guide MadeBrave as it seeks further growth.

MadeBrave founder Andrew Dobbie said: “The appointments of Jenny and Philip strengthen MadeBrave’s leadership team at an important time following some game-changing client wins.”

Jenny Plant has 30 years experience in marketing and advertising having led Publicis LifeBrands, the London-based global hub for Publicis Healthcare Communications Group, and other senior healthcare comms roles for Havas Health and Sudler & Hennessey.

Philip Lancaster comes with more than 35 years of global client leadership, having held senior roles with WPP, JWT and the Bates Group.

Established in 2012 by Andrew Dobbie, MadeBrave has a team of nearly 50 people.

It was recently named among the UK’s ‘Best Places to Work’ by Campaign and was in The Drum’s Top 100 Independent Agencies.
