Two people have been rushed to hospital after a crash that left a car on its roof.
The Clyde Tunnel was closed southbound after the two-car smash unfolded around 12pm on Friday afternoon.
Traffic was tailing back towards the Expressway following the incident which saw seven ambulances dispatched to the scene.

The Scottish Ambulance Service has confirmed that two people were taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment. Their conditions are currently unknown.
Police said there were 'no serious' injuries and the lane has since reopened.
A spokesperson for the Scottish Ambulance Service said: "We received a call today at 1123 hours to attend a road traffic collision. We dispatched seven resources to the scene, including our special operations team (SORT) and a critical care paramedic.
'We transported two patients to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.”
