Glasgow City goalkeeper Lee Alexander has signed a contract extension with the reigning SWPL champions - keeping her at Petershill Park until 2025.
The Scotland international, who hails from East Kilbride, helped City to a 6-0 win over Motherwell Women yesterday, as they kicked-off their quest for a 15th successive league title in style.
And now the 29-year-old has committed her long-term future to the club.

She told the City website: “I'm really happy to extend my stay here at city and feel at home.
"I have a lot of great memories over the years here and looking forward to creating some more!”
The former Calderglen High School pupil has guided City to 10 league titles and 10 domestic cup trophies during her two spells at the club, either side of a short stint with Swedish side Mallbackens in 2016.

Alexander started her career at Hamilton Accies and has gone on to become the Scotland No.1, playing at the Women's World Cup in France in 2019.
