A Scottish fish and chip shop chain is has created a Christmas-themed sausage supper in the build up to the festive season.
Blue Lagoon Fish and Chips is launching its first turkey sausage supper.
The dish, sports two battered turkey sausages, chips and gravy.
A post from the fast food join tread: "Turkey sausage supper.
"Would you try our Christmas special?"
The snap caused a stir on social media with many Blue Lagoon followers intrigued by the new addition to the menu.
On Facebook Liam Johnson commented: "That's my Christmas dinner sorted."
Christopher McLafferty added: "This sounds good."
Andrew McViue wrote: "When is this available?"
The news comes after Blue Lagoon bosses announced that Love Island's Michael Griffiths will help open the newly refurbished restaurant in Argyle Street, Glasgow.
Michael, 27, will meet fans and staff at the new 80 seater restaurant.
Blue Lagoon's director Alessandro Varese told the Record: "We are going for a Caribbean beach theme with palm trees and bamboo shoots, so we thought we would reach out to someone on Love Island to come along.
"We are delighted Michael agreed."
The reality TV star hit headlines after brutally dumping Amber Gill who went on to win the show.
Blue Lagoon's Argyle Street branch will opening on Monday, November 25.
The grand opening with Michael takes place on December 5.
