A Glasgow charity is holding a meet-up for women this weekend, with a stroll around the city.
Scottish Women’s Institute (SWI) are holding the event on Sunday afternoon, taking in some of Glasgow’s best murals on a relaxed wander - with a ‘wee social’ at The Clutha Bar. The charity offers various platforms for women to get together, learn new skills, improve their health and wellbeing and make new friendships.
Members and non-members are welcome to join the guided tour, where you’ll be able to take in some of the city’s murals such as St Mungo and St Enoch.

Ahead of the event, the SWI said: “Join us for a relaxed wander to take in some of Glasgow’s best murals, and a social at The Clutha Bar.
“Would you like some fun in your life? Glasgow SWI is bringing women together to share experiences and make lasting friendships, and this is our first event after a successful launch earlier this month.
“Members and non-members are welcome to join our guided tour of Glasgow’s magnificent murals and make some connections along the way. We’ll be taking in a mural of Billy, St Mungo and St Enoch - and a few more in between, in this relaxed 60 minute stroll through the city.
“Our final murals will be those gracing The Clutha Bar, so where better to stop for a pre-Christmas social before we go our separate ways?”
