The weather forecast for Glasgow has been a bit of a mixed picture recently and it hasn't been the best.
For the majority of the week, we have seen a lot of rain and cloud coverage however we have had some sunny intervals in between.
And whilst the sunshine isn't set to last this week, we are set to have at least three days of glorious sunshine mid-May.

According to weather forecasters at the BBC, Glasgow is set to be blasted by highs of 21C starting on May 17.
On that date, the sun is set to come out at 11am where it will hit 17C. It will then peak between 3pm and 5pm where temperatures will hit 20C.
The following day (May 18) will then see highs of 21C between the hours of 3pm until 5pm also.
Then on May 19 it will continue with highs of 20C between 2pm and 6pm.
Across three days the predicted temperatures will see lows of 11C which beats the lows of 6C we are currently having.

Today
Rain clearing away this morning, brightening up across Argyll. This afternoon will be dry with some spells of warm sunshine although turning cloudier across Mull and Tiree later. Maximum temperature 16 °C.
Tonight
Mainly dry this evening with some late sunshine, cloudier across northern Argyll with the odd shower. The rest of the night will be dry with clear periods. Chilly in places. Minimum temperature 5 °C.
Saturday
All parts will have a dry day. Best of the sunshine towards the west coast and northern Argyll, but elsewhere rather cloudy at times. Maximum temperature 16 °C.
Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday
Dry on Sunday with sunny intervals. Dry start on Monday before rain spreads east later. Sunshine and a few showers on Tuesday.
