We do love our food challenges here at Glasgow Live.
Whether it's all about the fire in a hot sauce taste test, scoffing giant burritos the size of your arm or tucking into a burger that weighs the best part of a tonne, on the face of it no food challenge is too tall for us Glaswegians ... until we realise our eyes are bigger than our stomach.
And popular Glasgow bourbon and BBQ bar Van Winkle is the latest city venue to put us through our paces, with a new unlimited wing challenge every Wednesday.
Those bold enough to try will get 90 minutes to scoff as many wings as they can at either their west end or Gallowgate location.
The wings come coated in either Van Winkle Bourbon BBQ, Buffalo or - for the particularly brave - Van Winkle Extra Hot Sauce and they won't stop being thrown down on your plate until you throw in the towel.
Announcing the new weekly event, Van Winkle say: "How many wings can you devour in our Wings Wednesday offer???
"You have 90 min to eat as many wings as you can! Each serving is smothered in the sauce of your choice"
The wings are served with a side of fries at a cost of £15 per person.
