The opportunity has risen to get your hands on a popular piece of north Glasgow's nightlife.
Part of the building formerly occupied by popular bar and nightclub Frampton's in Maryhill has gone up for sale with a new owner being sought for the ground and basement levels.
The new operator will occupy the bar/lounge area with a capacity of 150 and a second area - previously used as a nightclub - with a capacity of 250 people.

With a major Tesco across the road, McDonald’s to the side, and plenty of traffic passing through Maryhill, the location is crying out for a new bit of nightlife.

The first two storeys of the building are currently under refurbishment with the view to creating a 'more modern establishment'. The venue is currently separated by a dividing walkway with access through two different doors, meaning the new operator can accommodate their own setup.
A listing for the building says: "An ideal opportunity to acquire a long-established bar restaurant site that is currently in the process of being refurbished to create a more modern establishment.
"The current landlord has expressed their wish to work alongside any new operator to ensure the layout of the ground floor fits in with their own requirements."
