Everyone loves a good brainteaser and we're especially fond of ones that centre around our beautiful city.
At the start of the first lockdown, a brilliant Glasgow areas quiz appeared on social media and Glaswegians were urged to have a go at unravelling the riddles to reveal 20 well-known areas of our city.
The quiz, named simply 'Areas of Glasgow', was shared on Twitter by user @MRSCMW, with the cryptic clues leaving dozens of his Glasgow neighbours a little perplexed and scratching their heads for the right answers.
Although there will be some answers you'll no doubt get straight away, others require you putting your thinking cap on.
Some of the codes include: 'a clean measure' and 'forbid a Scottish town'.
If you're looking for a bit of light relief this midweek, it might be worth putting your knowledge of our city to the test. But, be warned, some of these puzzles could keep you lying awake all night.
