Glasgow Airport unveils 'luxurious' new bar amid busy summer season

Glasgow Airport has taken to social media to promote its "newest bar", The Loch Lomond Bar.

The "luxurious" venue offers a range of beverages, including Champagne PIAFF and Scottish distilled spirits. The bar is open from 10am to 6pm seven days a week.

According to the airport, the new bar "offers fantastic views of both the airfield and the stunning backdrop of the Campsie Fell". It provides a more private experience for travellers wanting a drink before their flight.

Featuring "relaxed" and intimate seating areas, The Loch Lomond Bar is geared towards passengers looking for a more "premium" level of service. It is located after security, meaning you can unwind before boarding your flight.

The venue also features a self-service barista area, where passengers can enjoy a large variety of hot drinks such as lattes, teas, and espressos. Draft beers, soft drinks, spirits, wines, and cocktails are also provided.

Guests are also provided with a range of craft and premium bottled and draft beers, soft drinks, top-quality spirits, specialist cocktails and award-winning wines at the bar.
