Drivers are facing major delays after a three-car crash close to Glasgow Airport.
The incident occurred at about 4.15pm on J28 on the M8.
Three lanes eastbound have been closed following the incident and police are on the scene.
Traffic Scotland has advised drivers to expect delays if driving on the road and avoid the area if possible.
UPDATE: The police have now opened lanes two and three.
