GlasGLOW has been cancelled tonight due to the high winds battering the city.
Organisers itison confirmed the news this afternoon, saying they are "devastated" to have to cancel, especially at such short notice.
They note that while the Botanic Gardens are safe, they have a lot of barriers in place throughout the gardens for social distancing, which are vulnerable to high winds.
An itison spokesperson said: “We’ve taken the tough decision to cancel tonight’s show. In normal conditions we would go ahead but due to high winds and the amount of barrier needed throughout the gardens to allow for social distancing we've decided to call tonight’s show.
We're devastated to have had to make this decision, all ticket holders will be automatically refunded.”
All ticket holders will receive an email with a refund.
