After a huge first run last year, GlasGLOW is set to return to the Botanic Gardens - and this year looks set to be even bigger.
The Halloween event sold out to 75,000 visitors in 2018, transforming the west end park into a stunning show that included dragons, selfies with the moon and dancing fairylights galore.
This year, organisers itison expect 100,000 people through the Botanic Garden gates - and although the finer details are under wraps for now, we can reveal that you’ll be guided through several different worlds in a 90 minute immersive experience as GlasGLOW gets bigger and better in 2019.
The whole thing will cost £750,000 to make it “bigger, better and glowier” - and you’ll find out more about those fantasy worlds in the coming days as itison release trailers for each, so watch this space.
Founder Oli Norman explained: “Last year we were just warming up! This year’s looking epic and we can’t wait to share it with everyone.
“We’re introducing a majority community element to give back, so with every GLOW we can create a lasting positive impact - more will be revealed soon!”
