Fans of celebrity Giuliana Rancic can now head to Illinois Target locations to pick up a bottle of her prosecco.
The TV host, author, designer and philanthropist launched the sparkling wine Giuliana Prosecco in September 2017 in collaboration with Terlato Wines, a wine importer.
This isn't Rancic's first foray into the wine world _ she had a single-serve line of wines called "XO, G" but ended its production to pursue Giuliana Prosecco. She wanted to create something that honored her Italian heritage, she wrote in an email.
"Having grown up in Naples, I remember my parents sipping on a glass of prosecco at weddings, holidays and special occasions as well as seeing a bottle on our dinner table at home on any given night," Rancic wrote.
She and her husband, Bill Rancic, wanted to create something that was both high-quality and affordable, so Giuliana Prosecco was born, with notes of apple, pear and acacia blossom.
Giuliana Prosecco was previously available at Mariano's, Uncorked.com, wine.com and RPM steakhouses, which the Rancics own.
