Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady buy spot in Miami’s billionaire’s bunker

The real estate business might as well be the Brady business this week.

First, it was a homeless person breaking into the family compound in Massachusetts. Then, the Gisele Bundchen and  Tom Brady were reported to be selling their spot in Manhattan for $40 million.

And now, a day later, the New York Post — the Bradys’ real estate paper of record — has news they are buying a spot in the so-called “billionaire’s bunker” in Miami.

Per the Post:

The couple, who are currently renting Derek Jeter’s sprawling Jetersville mansion in Tampa, have bought 26 Indian Creek for more than $17 million.

They plan to demolish the current house on the property and and build their dream home in the vein of the Architectural Digest-covered mansion in Brentwood, CA, that they sold to Dr. Dre.

Brady was seen at the property in recent weeks, sailing in on his new 40-foot super-yacht Viva a Vida.

Among their neighbors will be Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump, as well as supermodel Adriana Lima as well as billionaire Jeff Soffer, both friends of Tom and Gisele.

The news comes on a day when Brady, who played college ball at Michigan and spent a couple decades in Massachusetts, said he has had it with cold weather.
