Girls Aloud: Old footage shows epic tantrums

Fans of Girls Aloud witnessed a totally different side to the group in a 2006 documentary which showed a trip to Greece.

In Girls Aloud : Off the Record, the pop stars headed off to Europe to play a number of lucrative gigs.

They were given several days off during their week in Athens, and their tour manager was seen trying to entertain them so they didn't get bored.

He took them all on a sight-seeing trip, giving them the chance to climb to the highest point in the city to admire the view.

However, he faced a barrage of complaints from Cheryl, who'd worn a towering pair of stiletto heels for the hike.

The footage showed her moaning constantly and having a sweary meltdown over having to climb the hill, writes the Mirror .

She griped: "Does anybody care that we are going to be at the highest point in Greece, does anybody care?...

"I couldn't give a s**t."

The girls ended up piled in the back of the taxi as they headed back to the hotel, and Cheryl was heard snapping at her bandmates and telling them to stop breathing near her.

She whined: "This has got to be one of the worst days I've ever had.

"If I have to smell everyone's breath I'm going to be sick."

The episode later shows the group heading for a boozy night out at a taverna in Athens, with Nadine Coyle, Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh all seen having a good time.

However, Cheryl was still unhappy and was heard complaining about her bandmates' antics, saying: "This is why I don't drink!"
