A girl has been rushed to hospital after being hit by a car near to a Bearsden school .
The female pedestrian was knocked down outside St Nicholas' Primary around 4.10pm today.
Emergency services rushed to the scene on Duntocher Road.
The girl was taken to hospital.
Her injuries are currently unknown.
A Police Scotland Spokesperson said: "We received a call at around 4.10pm today after reports of a road traffic collision involving a car and a female pedestrian.
"The pedestrian was taken to hospital. Inquiries are ongoing."
