Give a creative kid a few minutes alone with Siri , and you'd be AMAZED at the havoc they can cause.
In Lauren Brown's daughter's case, thought, it's not so much havoc as it is sly brilliance.
After getting hold of her mum's phone , the youngster did what any self-respecting joker would do, and got Siri to change her mum's name - and she chose a good one.
"In case you're wondering how my career is progressing, my daughter asked Siri to call me 'Poop Your Pants'," Lauren wrote on LinkedIn.
"Which I didn't realise until I was copied on an email to a client. Let this be a cautionary tale to all you working parents!"
Initially mortified that this alias was appearing for her work email, Lauren jokes that she did consider quitting.
Happily, now she sees the funny side, writing: "At first, it was very not funny. Now it gives me a good laugh!"
As it turns out, Lauren isn't alone in receiving a cheeky little name overhaul from her kids.
"My daughter did this to my dad," wrote one woman. "He's 72 and drives for Uber and barely knows how to use his iPhone.
"A passenger had a question and my dad felt proud saying 'oh I'll ask Siri'."
"When he did, she said 'here is what I found online for you, Lady Lumps' he was so embarrassed."
