A girl was followed and asked to buy drugs near a busy park.
The incident happened on Friday, January 7, at around 5pm.
A teenage girl was approached by a man and asked if she wanted to buy drugs in Birkdale, Southport.

She was then followed from Liverpool Road to Bedford Park before the man made off.
Merseyside Police have confirmed enquiries are currently ongoing.
A police spokesperson said: "We were contacted at 7pm on Friday (7 th January) following reports that around 5pm that evening a male had approached a teenage girl in the Birkdale area and asked if she wanted to buy drugs.
"The male is then believed to have followed the girl for a short time between Liverpool Road and Bedford Park before making off.
"Enquiries into the incident are being carried out."
The mum of the girl involved took to Facebook to warn people.
The man is reportedly believed to be in his 20s, around 5ft 6in with black-framed glasses. He was said to be wearing a "grey/silver jacket with a fluffy hood".
The post said: "My daughter has been followed from the milk room to Bedford park this evening by a male believed to be in his 20s, wearing a grey/silver jacket with a fluffy hood, large built and around 5ft 6. He had glasses with a black frame.
"He offered her drugs, asked her age and then asked where she was going. I’ve gone straight down there and searched the area and can’t see any sign of him, This has been reported to the police."
