Kind strangers stopped to help calm a little girl after a car crash that left her family "pretty sore".
The seven-year-old girl was "shaken and upset" after a vehicle drove into the back of the car driven by her grandmother as they entered the New Ferry Bypass on Saturday, October 30.
"Lovely people" checked on the family and offered the little girl sweets in an effort to calm her nerves.

The girl's mum took to social media the following day to pay her thanks to the kind strangers.
Writing in a public Facebook group, the mum wrote: "Just wanted to see if I can get a thank you to a couple that stopped for us last night.
"A man drove into the back of my mum's car going onto the New Ferry bypass.
"My seven-year-old was very upset and shaken.
"The lovely people stopped to check on us all and offered my daughter a packet of sweets to try and help calm her.
"I really appreciate them doing that. Thank you so much to them."
Several people commented below the post, sending their well-wishes to the family following the collision.
Karen commented: "Hope you are all ok. There are some lovely people around."
Becky said: "Hope you're all ok."
The woman responded: "Pretty sore this morning just going to get [my daughter] checked over to be safe as she’s got pain in her chest and back but we are all okay. Thank you."
