A four-year-old girl has gone missing during a camping trip with her family - with police fearing she may have been abducted from her tent.
Cleo Smith was on a trip in the Australian outback when she vanished in the middle of the night.
Her distraught parents said they woke in the morning to find her missing.
Cleo was wearing a pair of pink pyjamas when she was put to bed.
A massive search and rescue operation has now been launched around the Blowholes Campsite near Macleod about 50 miles north of Carnarvon, Western Australia.
She was last seen at around 1:30am in the morning, with her parents discovering she was missing when they woke at 6am.
WA Police Inspector Jon Munday said today: "We are gravely concerned for the safety of Cleo, we're not leaving anything to chance."
The officer said her sleeping bag is also missing, adding he is "not at liberty at this point to divulge any more information".
Inspector Munday added "nothing was being ruled out", continuing: "Everything is on the table, we are looking at everything.
"We're just trying to paint a picture of who was around here during the window of opportunity."
Cleo's mum Ellie issued a plea for help in tracing her daughter, saying: "It's been over 24 hours since I last seen the sparkle in my little girl's eyes.
"Please help me find her. If you hear or see anything at all, please call the police."
Searches for the little girl continued overnight in the outback, with dashcam footage and any possible CCTV being examined as a matter of urgency.
While outback conditions can be harsh, Inspector Munday said the current climate in the region might allow someone to "survive the elements".
He added: "We are fairly confident that if Cleo is around here, we will find her."
