A toddler has been rushed to hospital after gunmen shot the car she was travelling in.
The two-year-old girl was hit by flying glass in the ordeal in Balsall Heath, Birmingham.
The thugs took the Volkswagen Golf when four people inside, including the tot, fled for their lives.
The car was found abandoned nearby a short time later.
But West Midlands Police still hunt the crazed gunmen.

"Detectives are appealing for information after a two-year-old girl was injured when a gun was fired at a car in Birmingham," a spokesman for the force said.
"The baby was hit by flying glass as a window of the VW Golf was smashed in Clifton Road, Balsall Heath, last night (2 February).
"Four people, including the toddler, got out before offenders stole the car which was found abandoned nearby a short time later.
"The young child was taken to hospital with minor cuts and has since been discharged. Another passenger, a man aged in his 20s, was assessed by paramedics for shock."
