A teenage girl went undiscovered near a busy road where she lay unconscious for hours.
The 16-year-old girl is believed to have collapsed between 9.30pm and 10.45pm on Sunday, November 22, in the grounds of Everton Park Lifestyles gym on Great Homer Street.
She was rushed to hospital after being found this morning, where remains is in a critical but stable condition.

Police have now said they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the matter.
In an update Merseyside Police said: "Detectives investigating suspicious circumstances near Great Homer Street today, Monday 22 November, can confirm that they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the matter.
"Officers received a report that a 16-year-old female had collapsed on Buckingham Street, in the grounds of Lifestyles gym last night, Sunday November 21.
"Police have now spoken to the 16-year-old, who is recovering in hospital, and are satisfied that no offences have taken place.
"We would like to thank their community for their patience while officers carried out enquiries in the area."
A cordon was in place on the corner of Great Homer Street and Buckingham Street.
The area is opposite the Sainsbury's supermarket and another gym complex, The Gym, which is open 24 hours a day.

The Gym's assistant manager Norbert Telek said he arrived for work early this morning to find a large cordon in place outside.
He said: "There was a van there and police were looking for evidence.
"I was shocked when I found out what it was really about. She's so young. Hopefully she will be fine.
"It's terrible times now, it's scary."
Nearby resident Steven Goff, 34, said: "I moved here three months ago and I like living round here, it's a nice area.
"I'm shocked to hear what's happened. It's horrible.
"I see a lot of young people in the park. Hopefully she'll make a full recovery."
