A 15-year-old girl was found dead on railway tracks in West Lancashire.
The teenager was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics after she was discovered near New Lane station in Burscough on Sunday afternoon.
Police say there are no suspicious circumstances involved in the tragedy.

Police, paramedics and an air ambulance were all called to the scene at around 1.40pm and an investigation was launched by British Transport Police (BTP).
On Sunday, a spokesperson for the force said officers were working to establish the full circumstances behind the death.
That investigation has now concluded and details will be passed on to the coroner.
A spokesperson today said: “Officers were called to New Lane station at 1.42pm on 26 September following reports of a casualty on the tracks.
“Paramedics also attended however sadly a 15-year-old girl was pronounced dead at the scene. Her family have been informed.
“The incident is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
