A 15-year-old girl was brutally attacked by another pupil who pinned her to the ground after school.
Lucia Aguilera said she was walking home from Dixons Broadgreen Academy on Friday, January 28, when the boy grabbed her from behind, punched her and pulled her by the hair.
The shocking attack was filmed on a mobile phone and shared widely on social media, leaving Lucia too scared to go back to school.

In the video, seen by the ECHO, Lucia is sat on the ground with a boy on top of her holding her by the arms.
People can be heard shouting for the boy to get off Lucia as she tries to hit him back and push him away, before he kicks her.
Mum Jessica Sierra, 40, said she would like the boy responsible to see the damage he has done and is now hoping Lucia can move to a different school.

Lucia told the ECHO: "I was walking down the road, he was pushing me before it happened and I just ignored it.
"There was school staff down the road like making sure there's no fights outside school, and when we turned right he just grabbed me and starting hitting me.
"He pulled my hair back and started hitting me, I wasn't even ready. I was on the floor, I couldn't defend myself.
Lucia said the boy often shouts things at her in the school corridors but this is the first time he's used any physical violence against her.
She said: "I wasn't expecting anything. He pulled my hair back and got me on the ground really fast. I couldn't even put my arms up, he was just on top of me hitting me.
"I tried to push him off me but I just couldn't. He was really strong compared to me and actually when I got up two women, I think it was, had to help me."
Lucia said she was "in and out" of consciousness after the incident and was taken to Alder Hey Children's Hospital suffering from bruises to the head.
She added: "He got on top of me then he got up. There was a metal railing, he held onto it, stood up and started kicking my head and he grabbed my hair and kept hitting my head on the metal railing so obviously I had to get it checked."
The 15-year-old said she has been bullied since she first started at the school in Year 7, and despite this having stopped during the coronavirus lockdowns it's now started again.
Lucia said: "Whatever [the school] do nothing is going to make me feel safe, I just want to move schools.
"It's humiliating how the video is going around and every one has seen it.
"I just want to start over again and I haven't had a chance to move school when I was in younger year groups, and when I finally thought [the bullying] was over it's just started again. I really don't want to have to deal with it for another two years.
"I just want to move school really, we've already tried and it's never worked."
Mum Jessica said she was at work when she received a phone call from the police to tell her what had happened.
She would like to thank the people who helped her daughter and stayed with her until she arrived.
Jessica said: "My daughter is a really good student. She is in good classes.
"I'm always really really worried about her. The situation is horrible to be honest and I would like to move my daughter."
Principal of Dixons Broadgreen Academy, Rachael Fidler, said: "The Academy is aware of an incident between two of its students in the community at the end of the school day.
"An investigation is taking place. All parties are cooperating and the matter has been reported to the police. Dixons Broadgreen Academy does not accept this type of behaviour from anyone attached to our community."
A spokesperson from Merseyside Police said: "At around 3pm on Friday, 28 January, we received a report of assault on Prescot Road.
"It was reported that a female child was assaulted by a male child, who was reported to have pushed her to the ground.
"She was later taken to hospital for her injuries as a precaution. Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
