Girl, 14, missing from home as police launch search

An appeal has been launched to help find a missing teenager.

Ruby Anderson, 14, from Toxteth, was last seen at an address on Elaine Street at 5.30pm yesterday evening (Saturday April 29). She is described as 5ft, 8inches of medium build, with very long brown hair.

Merseyside Police confirmed when she was last seen, Ruby was wearing a black blazer with white shorts, grey knee high boots and a black shoulder bag.

She is known to visit the city centre, Dingle and Toxteth and extensive enquiries are ongoing to find her in Liverpool.

Police are appealing for any information on her whereabouts after she was reported missing. Anyone who has seen Ruby should contact police immediately via the online form here, DM @MerPolCC or contact @missingpeople on 116 000.
