Girl, 14, missing as police launch 'extensive' search

An "extensive" search is underway after a 14-year-old girl went missing in Rainhill.

Lillie-Mae Swift was reported missing to police yesterday, December 9, on Stoney Lane at 7.25pm.

The teenager is described as white, 5ft 1in tall, with straight, shoulder-length dyed black hair and a nose piercing.

She was last seen wearing a black woolly coat, a black and white crop top, black jeans, black shoes and a white hat with brown bobbles on it.

She is known to frequent Bootle, Walton and Kirkby.

Extensive enquiries are ongoing to find her, a police spokesperson said, adding: "We are concerned for Lilli-Mae's welfare so if you do see her please let us know via our missing from home form."
