Mr Anwar was left for dead near the wreckage of his own vehicle after the teen and her female accompliceX, who was 15, sped away and crashed.

As Mr Anwar lay dying on the street, the two teen girls easily climbed from the wreck, and even tried to run away.
The video also records some of the last words spoken by the Mr Anwar, who says “This is my car!”.

The clip captured on a mobile phone starts with Mr Anwar standing to the side of the parked car, apparently trying to get one of the teens out from behind the wheel while the other, clad in pink, can be seen in the passenger seat.
“They’re thieves!” he can be heard shouting as he struggles with the teen in the passenger seat.
Seconds later, with the driver’s door open and with Mr Anwar half in and half out of the vehicle, the car speeds off.

The car sideswipes a nearby metal barrier and lamppost, causing the open driver’s door to violently slam into Mr Anwar’s body.
The car then races down the block and out of sight, turning a corner before the sounds of a crash.
Witnesses who were recording Mr Anwar’s struggle can be seen running towards them.
