Giovani Lo Celso has sent Jose Mourinho a message that may see him change his Man City approach

Giovani Lo Celso may have been out of sight but he was not out of mind for Jose Mourinho.

The talented playmaker was on international duty with Argentina and played in the game against Paraguay earlier this week.

Alex Morgan makes first start as Tottenham women continue their search for first win

Alex Morgan made her long awaited first start for Tottenham in the Women’s Super League against Bristol City.

Spurs drew the game against Bristol 2-2, but welcomed the American international into the starting line-up.

Still waiting for their first win of the season, Spurs welcomed a Bristol City side that is winless during their opening five games of the season, during which they’ve conceded 28 goals in the process.

Injuries and a lack of match fitness have kept Morgan out of the starting line-up for Spurs so far, but she was deemed ok to start against Bristol before being withdrawn at half-time.

Spurs got off to a bad start when Bristol opened the scoring through a Chloe Logarzo penalty. An equaliser from Siri Worm followed before Ashleigh Neville gave Spurs the advantage in the 64th minute.

They looked on course for a win, but a Rianna Dean red card helped give Bristol a route back into the game before Ebony Salmon eventually netted an injury-time equaliser.
