Mauricio Pochettino has stated that Tottenham will need to "assess" Giovani Lo Celso before Saturday's Premier League match against Sheffield United.
The Argentine was in superb form in the team's 4-0 triumph over Red Star Belgrade as he netted his first goal for the club in the first half.
Supporters have had to wait a long time to see the player from the beginning of a match after a hip injury sustained on international duty in September ruled him out for just over a month.
Coming off the bench in the previous three games, the 23-year-old was given his chance from the off and he was one of the standout players on a fabulous night for the club.
With everyone desperate to see more of him, Pochettino has claimed that the Lilywhites will need to assess the midfielder, Dele Alli, Tanguy Ndombele and others ahead of Saturday's game in N17.

"Now we've finished the game we need to assess all the players now," he said. "We need to assess Dele, we need to assess Tanguy, we need to assess Giovani.
"Plenty of players that are...we play Sunday, then Wednesday and now we will play Saturday.
"It is so short the time to recovery that we need to be sure that everyone who is going to compete on Saturday, another massive game for us, is going to be fresh and in condition to be really competitive because we need to really strong and competitive against a very good team like Sheffield United."
Spurs will leapfrog the Blades in the table come 5pm on Saturday if they win by two goals or more.
