Gino D'ACampo is known for his occasional outbursts on This Morning but usually Holly and Phil (the unofficial Queen and King of giggling at an innuendo) are no match for him.
However, on today's show even they were left shocked and a more than little red-faced by on of Gino's outbursts.
Standing in the studio kitchen Gino was trying to explain the Italian dessert Tiramisu, using Holly's body to represent a map of Italy.
"I'm a bit concerned if he's going to talk about Sicily here," says Phil, kicking off the innuendo nicely as usual... (Sicily being, of course, a lower down region of the country...ahem).
"No, Sicily is all the way down there," replied Gino who went on to explain, "If your belly button is raw... well, I was born in Naples but I went to school where the Vesuvius is, so it's more inland."
"So I can technically say that I spent my youth training and playing around your vagina."
Holly clamps her mouth with hand and says: "Oh my GOD!"
And Phil also shrieked: "Oh my God, Gino!"
"There's nothing wrong with that," shrugged Gino.
We can't possibly imagine what he meant by that but to him it all clearly makes perfect sense.
Some viewers were less than impressed with Gino's comment with one Tweeting: "Gino is a total pig ! It isn't what he said its the fact that it was deemed ok to say it to holly live on the tv. Talk about vaginas all you want but don't make it personal to a married woman who is trying to do her job. Its not funny and its not clever."
While some others saw the funny side with one tweeting: "We need more of Gino on This Morning. He is just hilarious"
We're still not sure how to make a Tiramisu but think we'd better stick to the recipe books.
