Gino D’Acampo made a series of lewd comments during a radio interview in Malta months after his alleged misconduct scandal.
In February, the Italian chef, 48, was hit with dozens of accusations of sexually inappropriate and “distressing” behaviour towards colleagues over the past 12 years, which he denies.
The former This Morning star has been keeping a low profile since the scandal hit, however he made a return to the spotlight to promote the opening of his new restaurant in Malta next month.
During an appearance on Vibe FM last week, D’Acampo said men don’t like “skinny” women because there’s no “meat” to hold onto, before boasting that Italian men can give “maximum satisfaction”.
When a female presenter named Nicole said she regularly goes on diets, he replied: “Only dogs like bones.”
He then appeared to mime grabbing a woman’s body with his hands, saying: “A real man, he wants the meat... Don’t get too skinny, otherwise it’s like, no.”
The TV personality also told her, “You’re too pretty for radio,” according to The Sun.
Elsewhere in the interview, he said to a male radio host: “I’m going to tell you a secret, Italian food is like Italian men, minimum effort, maximum satisfaction.”
He added, “Now do you understand that Nicole, or do I need to explain that?” to which she replied: “I think it was very clear.”
When asked if he recognised a male guest in the studio, he said: “Do I know your mum? I meet a lot of people and usually the ones I remember are blonde, they’re tall — we do an activity together.”
D’Acampo was later shown a photo of the male guest’s wife, singer Yazmin Helledie, during a game in which he had to guess the profession of notable Maltese figures.
When the presenters asked who she was, he said: “My future girlfriend.”
After learning she was the guest’s wife, he appeared shocked and gesturing with his hands, said: “He must have a huge... personality! Personality. A really big personality.”

Earlier this year, D’Acampo was accused of “horrendous” misconduct on various TV shows in an ITV News investigation.
He reportedly made lewd sexual comments to a female colleague in one alleged incident in 2011 and allegedly kissed a famous footballer’s wife on the lips at a charity event in 2012.
He also allegedly made “disgusting” sexual comments about whether he would sleep with his ITV co-star Holly Willoughby or her close friend, presenter Fearne Cotton.
The Road Trip star has "firmly denied" the allegations and described them as "deeply upsetting".
"I have never been made aware of these matters previously and the allegations are firmly denied,” he said in a statement.
“I would not do anything that I thought would upset or distress anyone. This is simply not in my nature. I do not recognise the version of events being put to me."
