Gini Wijnaldum could make his final appearance for Liverpool on Sunday as they welcome Crystal Palace to Anfield for the final game of the 2020/21 Premier League season.
The Dutchman is out of contract this summer and looks set to leave the club with the likes of Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich and Internazionale all reportedly interested in signing the midfielder on a free transfer.
Currently sitting fourth in the table, the Reds will be looking to secure Champions League football against the Eagles having reignited their European hopes with an eight-match unbeaten run.
Wijnaldum was on the scoresheet the last time Jurgen Klopp 's side had to secure a top four finish on the final day of the season.
And ahead of Liverpool 's clash with Crystal Palace, the 30-year-old took to social media to send a message to fans ahead of the game.
"MATCHDAY Final round, let’s go!!" he tweeted, knowing full well what is at stake for the Reds going into the match.
Liverpool will welcome back fans to Anfield for their season finale with 10,000 set to attend their decisive encounter with Roy Hodgson's men.
