Gigi Hadid has given her fans a first look at the cosy and gorgeous nursery that she decorated with her partner Zayn Malik.
The 25-year-old supermodel was in a nostalgic mood as she looked back at the day before she welcomed their first child together.
Gigi posted a series of never-before-seen photos taken during her pregnancy to her Instagram Story and it included a snap taken the night before she went into labour.
The then-pregnant Gigi is seen posing in a dark outfit for the mirror selfie, which shows her perfect baby bump to the fore.
Captioning the pic, Gigi wrote: "the night before I went into labour".
Another picture shows Gigi, wearing a tie dye T-shirt and black shorts, standing in her daughter's nursery.
This time she captioned the snap: "(about a week before). decorating and spending time in her nursery really helped me feel prepared when I would get too in my head."
The photos show her daughter's wooden cot, ready to be used with white cotton drapes hanging down over it.
The busy looking room also shows a wicker changing station which has everything you need for a successful nappy overhaul.
On a wall there are a number of book shelves that are filled with every story a newborn could desire, including an easy guide to quantum physics, in case she wants to get a head start on others of a same age.
A beautiful wicker chaise longue with a thick padded cushion looks inviting, as small cushions of all shapes and design finish the look.
No doubt, as all new parents find out, the Instagram ready nursery goes out the window the first time you desperately want to change a leaking nappy and all the delightfully placed items suddenly become an obstacle to getting the job done.
Gigi and Zayn welcomed their daughter in September, announcing the news on Twitter : "Our baby girl is here, healthy & beautiful to try put into words how i am feeling right now would be an impossible task."
