Giants Twitter spews venom in every direction following latest loss

The New York Giants have done no better than 2-6 at the mid-way point of a season since 2016, which is what their record fell to following a 31-26 loss to the Detroit Lions at Ford Field on Sunday afternoon.

After their latest loss, Giants Twitter could no longer bite its tongue and began spewing venom in literally every direction. From John Mara to Dave Gettleman to Pat Shurmur, the fan base has had it.

Mired in their worst stretch since the 70s, the Giants have become a laughing stock and patience has run out.

I don't know how anyone can watch the #Giants through eight games and think Pat Shurmur is the answer now or ever.
This team's talent level is upgraded from 2018. I see it in the All-22. The rookie QB played great today. His play-calling and situational coaching is not there.
