The New York Giants looked like a team still enjoying their 10-day break when they took on the Arizona Cardinals in Week 7 at a soggy MetLife Stadium.
After falling behind 17-0 in a flash, the Giants attempted to scratch and claw their way back into the game, but despite the 27-21 final score, never felt like they were really in a position to put up much of a fight.
The loss was highlighted by poor coaching decisions, including a 3rd-and-18 draw, going for it on 4th-and-15 with two timeouts and the 2:00 warning remaining, another horrid pass interference challenge and a lacking all-around gameplan.
After the game, Giants Twitter unloaded on head coach Pat Shurmur.
