Giants to trade Odell Beckham, Jr. to Browns for multiple draft picks

A blockbuster trade is set to shake up the 2019 NFL draft.

The New York Giants are going to send star wide receiver Odell Beckham, Jr. to the Cleveland Browns in return for multiple draft picks:

This move could have a seismic impact on the 2019 NFL draft, with the Giants now owning two top-20 selections. This gives them additional ammo to make a move up, should they be targeting a franchise quarterback to eventually replace Eli Manning. If that’s not their aim, another first-round pick would help them replace Beckham and add offensive line help or a pass rusher to replace the recently traded Olivier Vernon.

For the Browns, Beckham gives one of the league’s best young quarterbacks an unmatched playmaker, adding one of the NFL’s elite talents to an already promising offense.
