The 6-foot, 195-pound Wilson originally signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted rookie free agent out of UCF in 2023. However, he was released as a part of final cuts and picked up by the Cardinals a few days later.
Wilson, 24, has spent time on both Arizona’s practice squad and active roster.
In four career games (one start), Wilson has recorded five tackles (four solo). He played 96 defensive snaps in 2023 and 12 special teams snaps this season.
As a rookie, Wilson earned an overall Pro Football Focus grade of 45.6, including a coverage grade of 40.4. He did fare better against the run, earning a 59.3 run defense grade.
