Entering Sunday, the New York Giants will be well-rested coming off their bye week and hope to stop the bleeding that is their six-game losing streak.
When the week opened, the Giants were listed as 6.5-point road underdogs against the Chicago Bears. And as we inch closer to the weekend, the line remains at +6.5.
The over/under is currently at 40.5, one of the lowest the Giants have seen all season long.
With many players statuses in doubt, the line may move one way or the other depending on the injury updates we get over the weekend.
The two teams, of course, squared off at MetLife stadium last season where the Giants came out with a win. The game was an exciting one where the Giants blew a lead late and had to win it in overtime with a final score of 30-27.
This is, of course, a much different Giants team as it is now led by rookie QB Daniel Jones. With Evan Engram and Sterling Shepard both uncertain, it could be yet another game where Daniel Jones doesn’t have all his weapons available.
The Big Blue offensive line has been a huge disappointment to this point this season and they will certainly have their hands full with Khalil Mack.
The Giants will hope to get a road win for the first time since Jones’ debut down in Tampa Bay in Week 3. Big Blue will also be in search of their first win in a while in hopes of snapping this six-game losing streak.
