Giants remain 2.5-point home underdogs vs. Bills

The New York Giants had a Week 1 performance they would soon like to forget. Big Blue came in as 7.5-point underdogs against the Dallas Cowboys and ended up getting blown out in an embarrassing game.

The Giants’ Week 2 spread has come in and has remained at +2.5 as they prepare to face the Bills.

They enter their first game at home with hopes to rebound after their dreadful performance against Dallas. The Bills could be just what the doctor order for Big Blue. The Bills surrendered four turnovers against the New York Jets last week.

The over/under has been set at 42.5. Both teams put up 17 points in Week 1 and may be able to put up more points in week two given the opposing defenses.

The Giants will have to be careful of Josh Allen as he can be a threat both through the air and on his feet. Big Blue will also see a former foe in Cole Beasley, who came over from the Cowboys in the offseason and has always given the Giants problems.

The +2.5 spread speaks volumes about what Vegas thinks of these Giants, especially considered that the Bills were regarded as one of the league’s weaker teams entering the season.

The Giants will hope to rebound against the Bills in Week 2 and get their record to .500 as they go through the lighter part of their schedule early on in the season.
