The New York Giants (4-7) have opened as 2.5-point underdogs for their matchup with the Miami Dolphins (5-7) in Florida this Sunday, per Tipico Sportsbook.
The over/under opened at 41½ points.
The Giants are winners of three of their last five games while the Dolphins are riding a four-game winning streak after losing seven straight.

This matchup is the “17th game” that was added to the schedule before the season. If you are wondering why the game wasn’t simply added to the end of the regular season schedule, those weeks are reserved for division play.
As per an earlier release from the league, “the 17th game will feature teams from opposing conferences that finished in the same place within their division the previous season. The AFC was determined to be the home conference for the 17th game in 2021.”
The Giants drew Miami while the Jets will play Philadelphia. Washington faces off against Buffalo while New England faces Dallas this season.
