The New York Giants (2-6) have opened as a 7.5-point underdog for next Monday night’s game against the Dallas Cowboys (4-3) at MetLife Stadium, according to BetMGM.
The over/under opened at 47.5 points.
The Giants are coming off a 31-26 road defeat at the hands of the Detroit Lions and are losers of four straight. Meanwhile, the Cowboys are coming off their bye.
Dallas stopped a three-game losing streak two Sundays ago with a dominant 37-10 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles at home.
Dallas leads the NFL in total offense, averaging 438 yards per game and is sixth in points per game with a 27.1 average. The Giants are fifth from the bottom in yards allowed (368.8 yards per game) are allowing 27.2 point per contest, sixth-worst in the NFL.
