Giants officially release 53-man roster for 2021 season

The New York Giants got down to the league minimum 53 players on Tuesday afternoon after a bevy of roster moves — some surprising, some not.

Here is the final roster the Giants handed in to the league on Tuesday:

Offense (25)

Quarterback (2): Daniel Jones, Mike Glennon

Running Back (4): Saquon Barkley, Devontae Booker, Gary Brightwell, Eli Penny, Cullen Gillaspia

Tight End (3): Kyle Rudolph, Evan Engram, Kaden Smith

Wide Receiver (7): Sterling Shepard, Darius Slayton, Kenny Golladay, Kadarius Toney, John Ross, C.J. Board, Dante Pettis

Offensive line (9): Nate Solder, Andrew Thomas, Matt Peart, Nick Gates, Shane Lemieux, Billy Price, Will Hernandez, Ben Bredeson

Defense (26)

Defensive line (5): Leonard Williams, Dexter Lawrence, Danny Shelton, Austin Johnson, Raymond Johnson
