Giants lose control of their own destiny as NFC East lead slips away

One week removed from a remarkable upset of the Seattle Seahawks on the road, things could not have gone worse for the New York Giants in Week 14.

Not only were the Giants humiliated by the Arizona Cardinals at MetLife Stadium on Sunday, every other team in the NFC East won their games. That led to a titanic shift in the divisional standings and playoff percentages.

Needless to say, things got real dark for the Giants real quick.
