Giants injury report: Saquon Barkley, Evan Engram practice fully again

The New York Giants’ short injury report got even shorter on Thursday. As they prepare to host the Arizona Cardinals in Week 7, only one player was limited and one player sat out on Thursday.

Running back Saquon Barkley, who has not played since Week 3 because of a high ankle sprain, practiced fully for the second day in a row. Tight end Evan Engram, who sat out last week’s game with a knee injury, also practiced fully for the second day in a row.

Both appear to be on track to play on Sunday against the Cardinals.

Two players were upgraded from limited to full participants. Defensive lineman Olsen Pierre and running back Wayne Gallman were dealing with concussions and were limited on Wednesday. They were full participants on Thursday.

Their only player limited on Thursday was receiver Sterling Shepard, limited for the second day in a row with a concussion.

Cornerback Corey Ballentine sat out his second day in a row, also with a concussion.
